Soon after having our lunch we took tickets for the boat that takes us to Nagarjunakonda museum that is located on an island nearby and the trip to the museum is at about 1:30PM.. Later after getting into the boat we came to know that we would be returning by 5PM.If that would be the thing than we would not be getting much time to spend at the waterfalls (Ettipotala falls) which are located about 15 kms from the dam.
Nothing to regret we had a great fun all through the island and back. We then left for the Ettipotala falls after a quick break of refreshment because it was already 5.20PM.The Ettipotala falls are formed from the rain waters of the Nallamalai hills.You can do two things here. To have a good view of the falls, you can buy tickets (Rs. 15 per head for adults and Rs 10 per head for children) and have a good look from top and/or you can proceed downstream and take a bath.We decided not to stay much than 20min here so we just had look at the falls from the top.. small regret that we should have been here a hour before... but thats all can happen.. any how we had a great trip at the end of the day and all set to return back after a cup of tea and tiger (heheehe)
while returning we had great fun than we had while going we chased sun all over and had some snaps of it.. which was playing hide n seek with us beyond the great Nallamalai hills. No stupid Antyakshari which would have been if some of our girls would have been with us on the trip thanks to FCG and in particular Manne.. any how we had a great weekend on the trip.... It was fun driving for 424km in a single day and almost half of it on water n on the road hehehe. Driving on highway at night was not that worse than I thought,thanks to our driver we hardly felt any pain on our back... having a fabulous candle light dinner at RANG we left to our places around 11.30PM..
